For patients

Loopstead shows your plan in the words your doctor signed. You see it after your doctor checks it. You add your readings in the app too.

Who sees what you add

Who looks at my readings, and when?
Your care team looks at them. Your doctor picks when: before each visit, weekly or monthly.
How do I ask my care team something?
Call your clinic. Notes you add stay with your readings for your care team.
Can my family see what I add?
They can see a weekly summary and the words of any goals you pick. Your test results, health history, notes and readings stay private. You can stop sharing at any time.
Can anyone else see my readings?
A dietitian you share with sees your food goal, weight and activity.

If you need help right away

Call your clinic or 911. Loopstead is not for emergencies. No one watches your readings as you add them.
